10:45 a.m. Worship Service
On July 11, the 10:45 a.m. worship service will move back to the sanctuary. Thank you to the worship staff and volunteers who led worship in two different spaces each Sunday so we could safely accommodate all who desired to worship in person.
Sunday School Studies
The Present Word Class meets in person in John Calvin Hall, first floor. Newcomers welcome.
The Seekers Class is meeting in person and online. To join, contact the church office to receive the Zoom link.
This year’s study will be 1-2 Peter: Living Hope in a Hard World, by Lydia Bownback. Ruth Circle meets on the 2nd Monday of each month at 10:00 a.m. in John Calvin Memorial Hall on the second floor and is open to all women of the church.
SHINE! Wednesdays, September 22 – December 1, 4:45 -6pm, K-Middle School
The theme is Performing Arts! Students will create sets, sing, act even dance a bit. Teachers are performing art professionals. We will end by performing The Best Christmas Pageant Ever for family and friends on Sunday, December 5 at 5:00pm. Learn and have fun! For more information, call Ms. Sheryl at 407-898-6571.
Pumpkin Patch – Arrives Friday, October 15
Grace Covenant will have a patch full of pumpkins this year to meet all your pumpkin needs. Share the news with friends and neighbors.
Meal Packing for Haiti!
Join your Grace in Action team as we pack 10,000 meals for Haiti in cooperation with our partner, My Neighbor’s Children. This will be like the one we did several years ago: lots of fun! The event will be Saturday October 23 from 9 until noon in the Conway Hall gym. Face masks are required because we will be working closely together. Please wear your Grace in Action shirt. If you didn’t get a shirt for the Second Harvest food distribution, we have shirts in stock again. Pick one up at the church office. For those who want to earn Community Service hours, please bring your forms.

ROOTED Youth Group
ROOTED will meet Sunday, October 17 from 5:15-7 p.m. with your friendz, FREE pizza, fun, and lesson!!
ROOTED Youth Car Wash Fundraiser – Sunday, Oct. 24
Youth will be washing cars in the sanctuary loop, 8:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m. Drop your car to be washed along with a donation for summer youth mission trips. Pick up a clean car after worship for the ride home.
New Member Luncheon – Sunday, October 24

Kirkin’ Service – Sunday, Oct. 31
Celebrate our Reformed, Presbyterian heritage at Scottish-themed Kirkin’ o’ the Tartan worship services on Reformation Sunday, Oct. 31. Kilts, kilted skirts and the wearing of plaid are encouraged.
Marriage Enrichment Workshop – Saturday, Nov. 6
Register online at https://grace.to/ministries/community/ now for this workshop which will be hosted in Smith Hall by Shepherd Ministries. 9 a.m. – noon. Childcare provided.
Elementary age children (K-5) are invited to leave the 8:45 a.m. service with Miss Sheryl after the children’s message for a time of hands-on learning.
Book Club meets at the Panera Bread on Semoran Blvd. at 7 p.m. on 4th Tuesdays. The book selection for September 28 is The Keeper of Lost Things by Ruth Hogan. Contact the church office for more information.
Cooking with Grace
Cooking With Grace is a once a month cooking group via Zoom. We cook together on the third Monday at 6 p.m. Anyone can sign up to lead, share recipes or join in the fun learning to make new dishes with friends. Sign up to receive a list of ingredients, steps to prep food in advance and the Zoom link. Contact the church office for the Zoom invite and grocery list.
Daily Bread – Wednesday, Oct. 13 and Thursday, Oct. 14, 11 am to 1 pm
Eight volunteers are needed each day (Oct. 13 and 14) to serve lunch at the Christian Service Center, 808 W. Central Blvd. Face masks required. Meals are plated by volunteers in the kitchen in to-go containers and then distributed by staff to the public. Very little contact (if any) with Daily Bread guests. Sign up at

Meets at 12:30 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month.
Still Stitchin’ with Grace
Meets each Thursday from 10 am to 2 pm on the second floor of John Calvin Memorial Hall. Everyone is welcome to join our group and/or donations to support this mission are greatly appreciated.
Ruth Circle meets on the 2nd Monday (September through May) in Conway Reception at 10 am for Bible study and fellowship. All women of the church are invited to join the group at any time as their schedule allows.
Thursday at the Garden – Not currently meeting
Meets on the 4th Thursday of each month at the Olive Garden on East Colonial 6:30 pm. Enjoy dinner and fellowship. No reservation needed.
Health Check – Not currently offered
First and third Sundays of each month following the 10:45 am service: have your blood pressure checked at the table in the rear of the sanctuary.
Food Pantry Sunday
First Sunday of each month food donations are collected for elementary schools. Please bring items suitable for younger children that require little or no cooking.
Five Cents Per Meal
Third Sunday of each month. Donating to 5¢ per Meal is a way for us to help the hungry. Set aside 5 c per meal each time you eat. Bring what you collect over the course of the month to church on the third Sunday and it will be sent along to Second Harvest Food Bank; Society of St. Andrew; Alliance for International Reforestation in Guatemala; and PCUSA missionaries, Dan & Elizabeth Turk in Madagascar, for planting fruit trees.
All classes meet 9:30–10:30 am.
Preschool Class for ages 3 and 4 meets in Smith Hall, Room 1 (downstairs.) Uses the F.R.O.G. curriculum for young learners about God.
Elementary Classes for pre-K through 5th grade meets in Smith Hall, Room 11 (upstairs.) Follows a rotation of Bible stories and hand-on activities.
Youth Classes meet in the Youth Room in Conway Hall. Middle School and High School students meet separately each week to link the teachings in the Word to current events.
Earl Tyson meets online. Studies selected by participants vary. Led by a rotation of members.
Present Word meets in John Calvin Memorial Hall (upstairs). Studies the PCUSA Present Word curriculum. Led by a rotation of members.
Seekers meets online via Zoom and in the Conference Room, John Calvin Memorial Hall (upstairs). Participants select studies. Led by a rotation of members.
Sunday School classes offer the love and support of friends and discussion and finding answers to questions of the faith. Join a class and grow in your faith.
