Easter Sunrise Service

Looking east over Lake Underhill, we will hold our Easter Sunrise Service at 7:15 on March 31. It’s called West Lake Underhill Park, and it’s official address is 501 Lake Underhill Drive. It’s all of 5 minutes from the church, and here are some directions. (Basically, you go north on Crystal Lake Drive almost to Anderson Street. Before you get there, you turn right on Anderson Place and go to the end.) The park opens at sunrise, which is 7:16 on Easter. Parking is along Lake Underhill Drive. Keep in mind the following:
Greet each other with “He is Risen!” and “He is Risen, indeed!
Bring your own folding camp chairs! In fact, bring extras (a chance to be a good neighbor!)
Carpool if you can with friends and neighbors (another chance to be a good neighbor!). Parking is along the street.
A guitarist will lead us in song as we greet the risen Lord in a simple and short service.
We will keep an eye on the weather forecast and change the location if necessary. But prepare for the weather events if they are not severe.
